Check out celebrities who have gotten even richer from side gigs:
1. Beauty and fashion lines: Many celebrities are always keen to launch branded products.
Among those who have found much success with theirs include Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kylie Jenner, 18 who has Pacsun and Topshop clothing lines with sister Kendall Jenner, 19, and launched her own Kylie Lip Kit earlier this year, their brother-in-law Kanye West, who has his own Yeezy fashion lines and Adidas collections, and Katy Perry, 31, who struck deals with Claire's Accessories and Covergirl.

She later apologized, saying she thought the concert had been thoroughly "vetted by her representatives."
Sean "Diddy" Combs, 46, is believed to be worth $750 million, part of which comes from his venture with alcoholic beverage maker Diageo over Cîroc vodka.
4. Ads—especially abroad (that they may regret): A well-known celebrity who acts in a commercial or appears in a print ad is usually regarded as a celeb spokesmodel for the company. This garners higher payments than those given to professional commercial actors and most models, sometimes in the six or even seven-figure range.
In 2013, Clooney, then-girlfriend Stacy Keibler, 36, Gerber and Gerber's wife Cindy Crawford,50, appeared in an ad for Casamigos tequila. The actor also starred in a 2011 commercial for the Norwegian bank DnB NOR, in which he appears to have gotten married.

In 2012, Ashton Kutcher, 38, came under fire for appearing in dark makeup to play "Raj," a "Bollywood producer" in an ad campaign for Popchips. Many called it racist. The campaign was axed and the snack company's founder and CEO later issued an apology, saying, "We did not intent to offend anyone." Perry was later named a new celebrity spokesmodel for the group.
Jennifer Lawrence, 25, who made about $52 million in 2015, has long been a celebrity spokesmodel for Dior, often sporting the luxury label's dresses on the red carpet.

Even his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift , 26, who made more than $80 million in 2015 mostly due to concert earnings, has padded her wallet with residuals from three Apple ads over the past few months.
And let's not forget about endorsements on social media—stars such as Scott Disick, 33, Khloe Kardashian, 31, Teresa Giudice, 44, Amber Rose, 32, Ciara, 30, Blac Chyna, 28, and Ashley Benson, 26, have occasionally advertised on their Instagram pages products such as tea and teeth whiteners.
Mark Wahlberg, 45, and brother Donnie Wahlberg, 46, co-founded their own burger eatery chain, Wahlburgers, which also spurred an A&E reality show.
Scott Disick is often seen at such venues. According to GQ, he once made $70,000 or $80,000 a night in the U.S. and even scored a $250,000 deal for a several appearances in the U.K.
Other stars who have made such promotional appearances include Ice-T, 58, and wife Coco, 37, Drake, 29, Nicki Minaj, 33, Paris Hilton, 35, and stars of The Real Housewives and Love & Hip Hop shows.
In 2015, Reese Witherspoon, 40, launched Draper James, which is mainly a clothing site, and Vanessa Hudgens, 27, launched Astral & Opal. And Lauren Conrad has retained her fans following the cancellation of The Hills with the help of her popular lifestyle and decor website, laurenconrad.com.

Guess what Jerry Seinfeld, 62, did before Seinfeld made him rich and famous? The same thing as his character—stand-up comedy. In addition to collecting residuals from Seinfeld reruns and starring in his Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee online series, guess how he makes much of his money? Yep, stand-up comedy. A ticket to see Seinfeld live onstage in the United States ranges between about $75 to $200, and even more in foreign countries.
Louie star and writer Louis C.K., 48, charges less at home for his shows—even performing for as little as $20 during last-minute gigs in Los Angeles—but his tickets are relatively higher abroad as well. He will tour the U.S. in July and perform in countries such as Holland, England and Israel in August before returning to the United States for three massive shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Even Home Improvement alum Tim Allen, who stars on the sitcom Last Man Standing, still does stand-up, performing mostly in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Ar ar!
And in 2012, Jessica Alba co-founded her own business, the Honest Company, which is valued to be worth $1 billion and offers eco-friendly baby, bath, cleaning and wellness products. She owns between 15 and 20 percent of it.
