... it's not. Baku 2012 beats Rome 1991 for things being still under construction when the rehearsals are already in full swing. But I'm sure they will be all done shortly.... Today's rehearsals managed to start nearly 1,5 hours behind schedule, and the press center opened only today instead of originally planned yesterday. Photos by my flying reporter Robert as always!
