But rather than splashing out on lap dances during his night out at Stringfellows in London this week, Simon Cowell preferred to pay the ladies to sit down and have a nice chat with him at his table.
The X Factor supremo, 52, refused all offers of private performances from the bevy of attentive beauties surrounding his VIP tables, the Sunday Mirror reports.

The music mogul and his friend Rav Singh splashed out on two £300 bottles of Grey Goose vodka and dozens of bottles of Sapporo beer, the Mirror claims.
Cowell emerged from the famous venue at 4am with a cheeky grin on his face as he realised he had been seen.

Dressed as casually as ever in a pair of jeans and a plain black jumper the star seemed in good spirits as he made his way home.
He was joined by former News of the World showbiz editor Rav Singh, and the old friends parted ways after being turfed out of the venue at closing time.
Simon has always managed to maintain a good relationship with his ex-girlfriends including Sinitta, Terri Seymour, and Jackie St Clair.
